To open a claim call your auto insurance provider and then provide our clinic with your insurance company name, claim number and the name and phone number of your claims adjuster.

In Oregon, Chiropractic physicians can be your attending physicians for these claims and can perform the initial physical examination to determine claim eligibility. If your claim is accepted you are entitled to 18 chiropractic visits or 60 days of chiropractic care if your chiropractor is your attending physician.
