Dr. Stefanie Lowe is a Chiropractic Physician with additional training in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. She has a passion for helping people of all walks of life overcome pain and improve physical function.
Dr. Lowe has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Masters of Science in Sports Medicine and a Doctorate in Chiropractic all from the University of Western States.
She previously worked as a Kinesiologist for 4 years, rehabilitating patients with disabling physical injuries and chronic pain, and concurrently worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. In her youth she participated in competitive soccer and dance and taught various disciplines of dance for 5 years.
By combining her extensive training and experience, Dr. Lowe is able to treat a diverse population and a wide variety of injuries and conditions.
When not busy treating patients, Dr. Lowe enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Oregon and the world!
Dr. Spencer Freeman is a chiropractic physician with a passion for helping people recover from a wide range of painful conditions. He treats patients of all ages and demographics, working on musculoskeletal conditions from head to toe.
Dr. Freeman has a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Kalamazoo College in Michigan, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States. Prior to attending chiropractic school, he worked as a research assistant for a year in Kenya, studying spotted hyenas.
Dr. Freeman grew up in Michigan, but always sought to move west due to his love for the outdoors and his passion for hiking, camping and rock climbing. He is very excited to live and work in the Columbia River Gorge.
Dr. Lily is a Chiropractic Physician driven to give people the high-quality healthcare they deserve. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
In pursuit of her mission, and in addition to her chiropractic education at the University of Western States, she has done over a thousand hours of mentorship and additional training. This training has included TMJ & foot disorders, pelvic floor rehabilitation, fascial manipulation, DNS (developmentally based breath work), and light force chiropractic aimed at releasing spinal cord adhesions called Network Spinal. She is also certified in Webster Technique for pregnancy and pediatric care.
She is a crafter, surfer, and self-proclaimed nerd. When not treating patients or empowering others to move, you can find her at the gym, swimming in cold water or camping with her family.
Rosie Nocita is a licensed massage therapist who treats people of all shapes and sizes and uses a combination of modalities, including Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Thai massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Her greatest strengths are her willingness to listen and her skills in palpation, which help her to quickly find and work on problem areas.
She doesn’t adhere to the same routine for every massage, but will tailor the experience to your needs to ensure that you walk out feeling better. So whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with everyday aches and pains, or just need to relax, Rosie has got you covered!
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Rosie moved to Michigan to get her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Kalamazoo College, and continued west from there. Rosie attended the Oregon School of Massage and graduated in 2021.
In her free time, Rosie loves camping, hiking, rock climbing and creating art.
Amanda graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2004. With almost 20 years of experience, Amanda has worked in high-end spas, alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, as well as with professional athletes of the NHL. She served as the Spa Director of Healing Mountain Massage School and has taught various modalities throughout the years.
As a massage therapist she enjoys tailoring each massage to her client’s specific needs. Amanda uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, cupping, trigger point therapy, light stretching, and injury specific bodywork.
When Amanda isn’t working, she loves the outdoors, music, and yoga!

Born and raised in Dufur, she knows a lot of people. She is the friendly face you will see when you walk through the door, the voice on the phone scheduling your next appointment, and the one figuring out all the insurance complexities to help your road to feeling better go as smoothly as possible!
When not busing working, you'll probably find her at one of her kids sports games!

She also speaks fluent Spanish. Ella habla espanol!
Hazelnut is a hypoallergenic and non-shedding golden doodle (golden retriever x poodle). She is very friendly and loves belly rubs and cuddles. She provides complementary therapy to all patients in exchange for attention and love.
